Hi Breanne,
Here is 4 more pages. One is called the wedding party A & B and the other is called Bride and Groom A & B. I thought, since I really like that picture of the two of you on the road, if we put it in the album as full color you could go with black and white on the cover. What I have left to do is the reception pages and the last page (inside back cover).

I leave tomorrow and am not back until Tuesday. I am home for two days and then I am gone for my oldest daughters ringette tournament in Calgary and our vacation. I am not back until Feburary 6th.

To all of those who are still waiting,

Once finished this one, I am back to the Carmen and Garnet's (finish by the end of Feburary). Next will be Ashton and Chris (March), Alyssa & Todd (April) and then Alecia and Trevor (April). All of you will be recieving extra pages in your albums and a 16x20 print of your choice for your understanding and patients.

It is never easy to admit defeat or failure or whatever you would call my inabilty to finish wedding albums - complete creative block could also be used - I offer my sincere appologies. It is a dark cloud that hangs over my head. I only wish that album design, or telling your wedding day stories could happen on the snap of a finger but it doesn't. As all mothers know the endless demands of family and life is hard to balance and unfortunately I could not fire myself and hire a quicker album designer!

If you tell me what you want changed so far, I also have a better idea of what you are liking or not liking. The plan for the rest of the pages is 2 for family, 4 for the best shots of the two of you at the farm and fun ones with the wedding party and 2 for the reception and the last page which will be one of your favorites. As many of you know, I am slow at albums or should I say, I got caught in a back log and am trying to dig myself out. My kids, my husband, my health and getting settled in Medicine Hat had to take priority.

Sam and JD are one of the couples who have been on the list for an album. I am going to work on theirs, Mike and Tracy's and James and Kelly's over the next few weeks. They will be finished and they will have their wonderful memories to hold in their hands in March.

I thank all of you who have been patient with me and I do not contact all my weddings to ask if they want an album still - if you do, please email me and I can give you a time line for one.

To ensure this does not happen again (the back log of work), my new package come with the album as part of it, so by this spring I will be caught up. All my 2010 weddings will be on track to getting their albums in a much more resonable time.

My appologies to all of you who have waited. Sam - I have not forgot you and with your guidance you will have the album you always dreamed of.

I am happy that Christmas is over. I have had a very stressfull December and will never take for granted feeling good and healthy again. I can still not feel my lower face or teeth on the left side and at this point all I can do is wait. The worse part of our holiday season was a very horrible flu that ran through our house - one by one my whole family (11 of us) became very ill. It took a week before we all felt normal again. So now I am back at the computer and trying to finish things.

The change to the other page.

As I post these latest two pages for Pam and Allan's album, I sit wondering if I will ever feel the my chin and lip and teeth again. I recently had a root canal for a tooth that was not bothering me but had a chip come off of it. So, before they repaired it with a cap, they found some infection in the badly done old root canal. Off to Lethbridge I went, to spend a day of my time in December that I do not have and when getting home the next day I could not feel my teeth. That was sometimes a result of some nerves being bruised in the freezing process. Well a week later I could not feel my bottom left teeth and now my lip and chin in the same area. An emergency trip to Lethbridge to have surgery to go into the roots of the tooth that seems to have caused all this trouble and still no normal sensation in my teeth or lip or chin. This is scary and I know not as big of an issue as many go through in life, but upsetting. The thought of not feeling when I kiss my children or that constant numb, needles and pins feeling in my face is hard to comprehend.

Thanks to Pam and Allan and to the Kelly's for your patients, as again, my life has put photography at the back burner. I promise that I will not give up what I love and will do my best to try to make it more of a priority! I hope 2010 makes me feel better!

I just recieved a facebook message from my friend Tammy. She has been diagnosed with breast cancer and will go through all that you can imagine to fight this. I miss Edson because of people like Tammy. She is a strong wonderful women and mother. I had to privilage of caring for her girls and seeing her grow over the years as she went through her divorce. I only wish I was closer to be there for her, to give her a hug, to take the girls when she needed, to give her the support she needs to get through this. She will get through this and she will show her girls that she is strong, brave and full of grace! This is a picture I took of them a few years ago and it is my way of giving her a big hug and to let everyone out there who has been touched by cancer a chance to think of thier loved ones. Nothing puts things into perspetive more than something like this. I wish you Tammy good night sleeps, positivity, love, friendship, strength, warm baths, big laughs and all the joy life can bring! When I started my studio pictures I learned very quickly that you can not make a toddler do anything! But when you catch their attention for only a milla second - you have pure photographic heaven. The beginning of the Kelly Album - sorry I did not have time to post any more during the day. Stay tuned by 1 am (yes I work better at night - life with kids means that I am great at night shifts!) for more pages. This couple has the spirit, kindness and love that I know will come through in their wonderful album. He is a pilot and she is a teacher so we had great ideas to make their momories special to who they are. Thank you to them for their trust in me and kindness in waiting while I settle me life here. I have learned a lot in the last year and the number one lesson was that until I am ready to hire staff to help, I have to keep my wedding bookings limited. I will not compromise the quality of albums and edits because I am a profectionst. Creativity can not be rushed and going through thousands of pictures takes time - and I love what comes out at the end! Memories captured for generations to come and put into an album that will last the test of time.

These are the friends we miss from Sasktachewan. I met my husband because of these two and I have watched Cara and Carter grow up. I wish we could see them more and I think that I left these edits for a few months because I just did not want to be reminded about how far away we live from them. Tomorrow is their first day of school and I missed seeing them last weekend for her birthday - maybe next year or better yet we can celebrate this fall, I hope. You would think with the plane you guys could come and see us more often... miss you all and the oilmen's game!

This is Ashley and Joff's wedding album which, after just sitting down the last week and putting all my other clients on hold, I finished. It may be my lack of confidence or the number of pictures to pick from, but I just could not stay focused to finish this one. As you can tell it turned out amazing and I look forward now to doing the rest I have on my list. These two are just stunning and soon to be a family of three. Congrats to you both and thank you again for allowing me to be part of your day. I do not know if I could ever explain how much your wedding changed my life!

I had both of their mom's in today to go through their wedding pictures. I really do like going through them with everyone. The picture above was one of my all time favorites and what makes it extra special is the brides mom is wiping her tears in the background... still brings me to tears every time I see it. Having two girls of my own I can only imagine the mess I am going to be at their wedding. Right now they think that weddings happen every weekend and that everyone gets married all the time (a lot of talk and a lot of people coming in and out to see their pictures lately). I may be creating two very unique "future brides" and I will be the one in the background crying in all their pictures just like this picture. I hope my girls find someone who makes them as happy!
